morning all.

i was wondering if am one has any tips for me when you just dont have an appetite?

i haven't had one for a few weeks now and am really starting to feel it. its not that am not hungry, its just that i cant eat.

any advice would be gratefully received

If you feel sick and that's why you can't eat try some peppermint tea. That may help calm your stomach.

Andy, your appetite will return once you start to feel better. In the meantime just make sure to drink plenty of water and cups o tea.

Eat little and often and whatever you fancy :) My appetite has gone last couple of weeks - it always does when I am stressed and anxious! I bought some Complan sachet things from the chemist and mix them up with milk to make a yummy milkshake with all the stuff you need in. Much easier when I just can't eat. x

How about this for a milkshake?
2 scoops vanilla ice cream.
2 scoops chocolate ice cream.
1/2 pint milk.
1 tablespoon peanut butter.
Whiz in the liquidiser.
You dont need to be hungry to down something this good:D
