I am a new member
I am 61 and I have had panic attacks
And anxiety most of my life when I am feeling really ill
It's like I am drowning or in a fog and I cannot find a way
Out the last 5 days has been hell but just finding this site
As made me feel better by making me realize I am not

I have never joined anything like this site
Before another way out I did think of was to start
Drinking but I know from experience it does not help
I do hope I can find people here that understand what
It's like no one in my family understands at all
I feel they just look down on me and say his at it again
I must say my spelling is bad I hope you all will understand
It with no., or whatever mistakes I will make
