hypnotherapy

hi just thought i would ask if anyone has had any hypnotherapy treatments for panic attacks and could give me some information if its worth doing it or now :)

Hi Danny,
Hypnotherapy was great for me. I have had 4 sessions for panic attacks and anxiety. I haven't had a full blown panic attack since before my first session of hypno (about 3 months ago) :-) Everyone is different and hypnotherapy works wonderfully for some people and not very well for others. I wanted to try the hypno before taking the anti-d's route. I wouldn't say it has cured me as I still get very bad days but it has helped me to relax which I was unable to do before the hypno. My sessions cost me £45 for one hour. If hypnotherapy is available to you I would give it a go and see how you get on :-)

I would love to have hypnotherapy but some people say that under 18's shouldn't get it =S Is this true? xxx
