here we go again. heart this time.

i keep getting a twinge in the left side of my chest and my brain is convincing me its something up with my heart. can anyone give me reassurance. i only have to have a tiny blip of anxiety and i break out in a sweat.

heart pain is not usually felt over the heart so it is probably muscular or just a twinge - we all get them

its not? thats very reassuring. my health anxiety hasnt been so good in the last three weeks. im hoping ill hit a period where it just chills out again... until the next scare. just feeling a bit vulnerable I suppose. thanks for your info. x

I get these pains most days, sharp stabbing ones over the left side. It's your muscles playing up, mine usually go with the aching neck, back and shoulders.
