Hi. This morning I woke up and had a really sore head that lasted the full day. I'm not sure if it was the way I was lying in bed as I woke up and was lying on my front but my head twisted. I'm not sure if it's this or because I've been worrying about things over the past few weeks? I also wear glasses and thought this may be the problem so put these on and has helped a bit. Can anyone relate? Thanks x
