Finally caved in and decided to start medication. I tried everything else and i wasn't getting any better.

Doctor says with this medication once you start you have to stay on it for a year - 18 months. I have to take 1 a day this week than 2 a day next week. She said it will probably take 3-4 weeks to see any kind of improvement. I just hope i do see improvement i just want a normal life again.

I'm just hoping to feel comfortable and relaxed. I can't remember the last time i read a good book or watched a film. I'm constantly worried and can't take my mind off things.

Not too bad. I find i get a bit drowsy in the evenings and have become quite forgetful. Is this normal?
