Hi had interview today for nationwide building society and I have worked for nationwide before in a temp position but this time the interview was a lot harder as it was an interview where you had to come up with specific examples of certain situations and I really feel like I did badly as the woman kept giving me funny looks but it's so difficult thinking on the spot like that, I felt I was just making up as I went along. I need this job so badly and now I feel so depressed. Anyone had these type of interviews before? I just feel so bad about myself now.

Good luck Loiuse, Im sure you did just fine. No point worrying about something thats out of your hands, keep busy and distract yourself. I hope you get the job, but if you dont, realise that for every job about 30 people are interviewed, its nothing you did wrong.
