headache! grrr

i keep getting these sharp stabbing headaches on the right side of my head, the only last a minute or two but are extremely worrying :( anyone relate? thanks x

yeah they are very common - we all get them and harmless.

If they persist for a few days then get them checked out but I get them too.

Probably tension-related headache which is common in anxiety sufferers. I wouldn't worry unless you get other symptoms such as dizziness, vomiting, vision problems etc.

Take paracetamol, try to relax and see if that helps.

yeye, im not getting dizzy or blurred vision or anything (thank god), ive started lifting weight, maybe that has something to do with it, i dont get them when i exercise, they just come sporadically, but i get them on the left side too.... think i just need to relax! more camollle tea
