Zoloft since June.....why am I still having panic???

Hi all, new here and just wanted to see if anyone has had this issue? I started Zoloft in June and have been on 50 until about a month ago I decided to try 75 because of breakthrough panic. I had horrible stomach issues and dizziness at 75 for 14 days, I could not take it. I have lost 16 pounds since I started and can't take the stomach issues anymore. I am back down to 50' but now my anxiety is getting bad again. My doc wants me to switch to Lexapro, but I am terrified of new side effects and starting over:( Any thoughts would be appreciated. Just wondering if anyone switched meds and how it went.

Often you need to try different meds to find the one that works best for you, some suit some people but not others, so it may well be worth taking the doctors advice.
