Hey there, so glad i found this group...have being going mad recently with anxiety, phobias, health anxiety, general anxiety stress etc etc etc...sooooooo glad i dont feel as alone anymore, met a few of you in the chatroom last nite who really helped me and i hope to get to know more of u better!!
