Hi all
Just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm 26 and after just over a year have come off my anti depressants. I had a really bad time when i started taking them. And sadly I've had the same problems coming off them. I've not had my pills for 1 month now and I'm feeling less 'ill' in myself but my anxiety has gone mad again. I've come on here hoping to feel less alone and also to seek some advice, help and support.
I'm going to post in the symptoms section just so i can get ur thoughts on what's going on with me.
