frightened about gettin through tonight

Had such a bad night last night (day 7 on fluoexetine) hardly slept at all. I had dreadful burning in my chest thought something bad was happening, thought the thrush in mouth was spreading through body. I called the Samaratans I was so afraid. Doc today says he doesn't think I have the thrush anymore but tongue still feels sore and weird. Doc says burning in chest is heartburn and gave me omeprazole. Feeling so had wish ad would work soon. Don't know How to get through night, any one else feel this way?

I get the chest pains too, sometimes find a hot water bottle helps, if its indegestion, gaviscon is good. The omeprazole will start to work fairly soon, worked for me in the past. Hang in there, remember its only anxiety, it won't harm you.
