Hey guys,
Ive recently started therapy. I thought i was getting a cpn, but instead i got an occupational therapist, AND...not just any occupational therapist, it's sally, my mum's old therapist! so embarrassing! I dreaded the first session {bout 3 weeks ago now} She once warned my mum that i could end up like her if i didnt go to school and go out more. Any way to cut a long story short, weve jumped ahead a few stages as she says i know a lot about this stuff as ive obviously done my homework {ya think?!!!}. So she suggested i do systematic desentisation programme {cbt basically, on my own without a therapist} so i decided id take a look at csome cbt websites, even though i knew the basics. and came across one. very interesting, lots of differant information etc and also a really good read on mental health and spirituality. Apparently becoming more spiritual speeds up recovery and also makes it a less difficult! So i thought i'd post the link of the site as i think its good for the info.
{if i can do this right!} heres the link http://www.rcpsych.ac.uk/mentalhealthinformation/therapies/spiritualityandmentalhealth.aspx
I also found this site.http://www.quado.com/daily_portion.htm click on sun 5/14 its a good read! theres some really good words on these pages.
Hope these come in handy

thank you so much for the information.

My therapist just suggested the other day I tried being more spiritual in a way I choose of course.
