worrying about pancreatic cancer

Woke up this morning, so frightened again. This Funny taste in mouth all the time, acid indigestion, Thinking its pancreatic cancer, anyone know about this? Started omeprazole yesterday. Just can't cope with this level of anxiety.

What makes you think it's pancreatic cancer? Did you ask your doctor about that when he prescribed the Omeprazole for you. It sounds more like he thinks you have an ulcer, probably caused by anxiety.

If the meds don't help, I'd advise you to see your doc again as only he can refer you for tests for pancreatic cancer if there is any chance of it.
