hi all im new to the site i wud really like to meet ppl in the stoke on trent area that suffers from anxiety n panic attacks just like myself , some to chat to make friends with and maybe even try to go out , you see ive suffered from these now for nearly 14 yrs n they arent pleasent at all , i cant go out of my house cuz of the fear of my anxiety n panic attacks , ive tried all sorts of help from counseling to hynpnoise n accupuncher ive tried the lot and nothing works for me so to find some one in the same area as me with the same thing that im going through would be nice just to have a chat with them

Hi Amanda. You're not the only one here with the same problems. :) There's loads of information down the left side that can help.

As for Stoke - on - Trent, try starting another thread with that in the title so people from that area will see it.
