Are your lymph nodes supossed to better bigger, more noticble when you have a cold?there eitter side of my neck near my jaw, I have had a cold for 3 days. and when i move my chin to my chest i can feel them in my neck like hard balls..just wondering..xx

Yes they are ! Your lymph glands fight infection and so enlarge when they do this. They often stay swollen even after the infection goes-it just means they are doing their job x
