Middle finger pain?

I just had a sudden throbbing rush in my left middle finger like i could feel the pulse it went to my left wrist, it scared me! now my finger feels a bit stiff and achey dont know if its cos im thinking about it :shrug:
however it scared me so much thought it was my heart :weep:

You don't feel heart problems in one finger.

You probably bent it back or pulled it a bit. It should settle down while you sleep.
