i cant sleep

since sunday night i have had at most two hours sleep everynight,i just dont feel tired and cant doze off,im worried as i think im gonna have a break down or heart attack,i have tried evrything i can,i just want to sleep:(

Any sleep is good I went through a period of no sleep so as long as you are getting some is a good sign. Have you had any kind of trauma like a death in the family these can cause issues a work colleague of mine has only slept 4 hours a night since her husband died two years ago.

i have citrapram and propanlol but ive had them a while now

well i was on sertaline for years but got conplacement with taking them and washed them outta me system on week 7 off getting em back in me system but last cpl of nights i been wide awke at 2.30 n 5 am grrrrr so i guess new side effects can come out , waiting for the quack to call me back so i can ask him should i down em or can i take a natural sleeper from boots? x have u got a sleep aid?
