Am i going mad ?

I keep thinking i'm going to have a heart attack ! i get pins and needles in my left hand pain in my shoulder and sometimes pain in the top of my chest above my left breast :ohmy: i wake up at 3 most mornings having a panic about the symptoms ..is that a pain in my chest does mya rm feel funny then i have to run to the loo its a nightmare !!
i am 51 and do wonder if my symptoms are related to menopause or what ? i hate feeling like this.

hi im sure your not going to have a heart attack sounds like anxiety to me but im no dr , anxiety can cause horrible symptoms why not go to dr if for nothing else but for reassurance hope you feel better soon
