hi im new pretty sure im suffering with pure o been fine for 6 week then bam today thoughts that someone might hurt me and mine cant stop thinking that something bad will happen i have my first cbt session next week and have been taking st johns wort thought i was winning reading peoples threads helps me realise its not me its my mind yet things are still scary xx does this sound like pure o do you think xx
