Electric buzz

Ok for some time I get this weird electric buzz feeling mainly felt while in bed it tends to be very rooted and has little brakes for a few seconds then starts again , it's almost like someones passing a very mild electric current through my body.
Anyone have any thing like this.

yes i posted about this the other day ... its really scarey but makes me feel normal that im not the only one that gets it ... some have said can be due to inner ear problems
