View Full Version : Sensitivity and Flashes of Fear for No Reason

Hi All,

At the time of my writing of this post, i can say for 95% certainty that i feel normal and i'm thinking as i was before all hell broke loose 3 months ago. However, i'm still finding that my mind and feelings are slowly adjusting to normality. I'm still very sensitive to worry and concern. These worries then quickly turn to fear. Like for example, i was watching a happy, slightly emotional cartoon yesterday, then i started to get depressed and worried that everything i watched was make believe. Sounds bizarre i know, but this is what anxiety and ocd does. They take the most ridiculous, smallest things and make them into worries.

I'm also finding that i get very brief momentary flashes of fear. It's either over something trivial (something you wouldn't lose a second of sleep over) or literally over nothing!!! You get fear of something that is so vague and trivial that you can't describe it. It only manifests itself in sensations and feelings and is basically nothing!

Cheers,
