Ok im so scsred just been sitting on beach for hours and now in car freezing cold amd have got severe chest pain wihout moving and its constant dharp stibgbh pain so scared om dyibg i no a 10 year old who died from a heart attack im 16 :( x

Hello. it is cold out so you will be cold and chest pains is anxiety. tense muscles or you could have done something to damage your muscles. you will be ok i promise you.

Have you ever spoken to your doctor about this, or had an ECG done, as you experience chest pain with anxiety?

Heart attacks are incredibly rare in young people, and the majority occur because of congenital heart problems or undiagnosed heart conditions.

duke cant post as shes on phone so she told me to say this

"Just say jad a ecg few years back was clear but never had chest pain like this"

If it was clear you can rule out congenital heart defects or undiagnosed heart conditions which should put your mind at rest a little. If the pain doesn't go, go to A&E and get checked over. Hope you feel better soon :)
