Help can someone tell me what's going on

For years I have suffered from anxiety and panic attacks.
I have had fear of people, fear of going in to large shops, fear of driving,
Basally fear of everything that as stopped me from living my life
For the past 3 years. I stopped my medication because I thought them
Might be it was effecting my sex life. since then each day I have been getting
Better and better the only anxiety I have left is a health anxiety a terror
Of have or getting Cancer

My questions are
Do you think the medications was making me worse.
And will I carry on as I am.
Or will I come crashing down. .
And as anyone in here experienced the same thing after stopping medication.

when you first start meds thay can upset you lot
but its worth staying on then
as thay work and the nasty things go

Was the medication making you better or worse.
It can be either, antidepressants can cause anxiety and depression in some people, they can also treat anxiety and depression , and in some people have no effect.
Everyone is different.
But if you are feeling better off the medication then why go back on them :)

Medications can take way your sex drive.

How you will be anxiety wise in a few months well no one really knows.
I am not on an medication, my anxiety varies day to day to hour to hour really.

Therapy can really help you cope with the anxiety.
For most people unless may they are very bad don't tend to be medicated for life.
