I really didn't realise until I read Kayleigh's great article that today is World Mental Health Day:

I guess that kind of shows how little mental health is highlighted in the media as I for one had no idea.

There is still a stigma to having a mental health problem. Campaigns such as this can only help. Thanks for the link.
