ok...so what have i gone and done??? i thought it might be a good idea to face this thing head on....so i booked myself a 200foot abseil down the Avon Gorge!!!
if you cant beat it..join it!!
im not particularly scared of heights...but i think i will be when im up there...

Today i faced anxiety head on by abseiling 200ft down the avon gorge!!!! god talk about exhilerating!!
I recommend doing something like that to face things, it was soooo scarey, such an unnatural thing to lean back off the top of a cliff! real rush of adrelinaline,
go on try it......
