hi my name is donna im 41 years old and i have 3 lovely kids and two lovely grankids i had a divorce 17 yeras ago and suffrered from my first panic attacks the the eased off but reacently the have come backa nd frightened me as my life is so happy i would like to chat to people i work as a health care assistant ansd love my job but the panics comes in waves and they confuse me im on fluoxitiene at the moment but im weaning mysaelf off with the doctors advice i took them thinking it would take the panic away but it hasnt i also take reccue remedy which i finds help i have really fantastic friends and family who r very supportive a lot of my friends were supprised that it affected me as i am a very outgoing person still am but when the panics come the knock me but i pick myself up it the repetive thouhts i dont like and the derelization so i hope i can make some friend s on here xx
