Hi

I am new to the forum. I have suffered from depression, anxiety and panic attacks for quite a few years.
I have made some good progress over the years. I guess im here as i have just been made redundant from my job that i was at for 5 years. I got comfortable in the job and now am getting quite alot of anxiety about getting a new job.
Looking foward to learning as much as i can from the site and the forums, and hope i can maybe be of help to others.
