Hi all I am new to this site but have suffered from panic for years. Doctor has just put me on medication for panic and depression but I am really scared to take it because I know it will make me feel worse before I feel better. Is anyone in a similar situation??:shrug:

I'm being treated for anxiety and depression and I was really scared too..but I just thought to myself I want to get my life back and be me again and started the meds yes you may feel worse to begin with but it soon starts to wear of i'm on day 7 and feeling ok, and coming on here and reading all the posts has helped as i know i'm not alone xx
