Best wishes thanks nicola..still abit rusty with this, my hubby is helping me. But once the penny droped i will be well away, had a really bad panic today. It lasted on n off the whole of my 12hr shift, it hit the roof once i left wrk n got in the car. Had every sympton...yeah the whole bag of spaners, cant start talking about it tonite cos the panic has left me sooo tired, but thanks again n looking forward to the chat room !!!! X
