Evening primrose and starflower oil?

I've just bought a bottle of these capsules and wondered if anyone had tried them and noticed any benefits?

i have been on them for a week and to be honest, I feel worse, I am going to try and give it two weeks to see if it is just start up side effects. will report back and let you know how I go.
