Hi all!
I was on this site quite a few years ago and have registered again. I experience anxiety and agoraphobia and the last time I was on this site I was housebound. Since then, I have travelled to America three times and have been to Spain and various other places in the UK. I am still agoraphobic and continue to find ways to aid recovery.
