temazepam

Hi guys just wanting some advice my gp has give me some temazepam for my sleep problems the trouble is I've worked my self up into a right state and am now terrified to take them,my panic is at a high at the moment through lack of sleep any advice welcome xx

It's excellent for short term sleep problems - it's only when you take it for a long time that addiction sets in. Very good for re-establishing your pattern. Good luck x
