dont even know i own head,and im frightened cause i dont feel in control..i change from day to the next........anxiety is the only thing thats constant....

my dad.He has no idea..I live with him and he doesnt support me like i would like him too.Never hugs me or tells me it will be alright..I feel like im on my own :(
