Hi all

I have been on 150mg Sertraline for I think five months or longer for depression and social phobia. But I have noticed That my mood and feelings have dropped quite a bit been to se gp and she has put me on 200mg to se if this helps. I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed going from 150mg to 200mg helped them. It would be great to hear your Experiences

I've been on 200 for a few weeks and feeling much better. 150 was ok but still had a way to go so upped to 200 by my consultant and it's been all good since then. It's worth a try because your obviously not feeling great now so give it a go and stay positive xx

Someone told me it takes a good 3 months to start feeling better on lustral.I am worse in the mornings but picking up late afternoon. Is this a sign that my depression is lifting.
Positive answers only please.x

Hi Emma
I've been on 200mg now for about 6 weeks having increased by 50mg over time and I can say that whilst it takes time to get the full effect, once they kick in there is a real improvement. The hyper feeling soon fades and things settle down.

I was on 50mg for about 2 years and while it did a good job I didn't really like it so swapped to10mg Lexapro and found it to be much better.
We're all different so you may have a different experience to mine.
