Hyno and nervous! [Archive]

Hi
Well I will be having my first hypno session in 4 and a quarter hours time - feeling sicky and anxious and trying to keep my breathing calm. Have had to book a cab as cant face 30 mins ont he bus and a taxi is only 15 mins and Im ok in cars. I really really really hope that hypno will help me with PAs as Im fedup with them!"!
Will let you all know this evening when I go online again.
