Hi,
Just wanted to say hello, new to the forums. im 39 yeras old and I suffer from GAD(more health related)Ive had it for the past 10 years.I have been alot better for the last 4 years but this past few weeks ive been having a setback with it all and ive realised that i seem to have forgotten all my coping techniques.I have 2 teenage daughters and a 3 year old son with severe haemophilia(that does not help the stress levels at all lol)
