Hi,

I am new to this. I suffer with agoraphobia/anxiety attacks, feel like i am letting everyone down at the moment, including myself. Frustrated with why I feel like this but feel very isolated. Used to be very independant, now I have to rely on others and want to take control again. Worst symptoms are dizziness, light headedness and nausea.
Hopefully this is the start of being able to sort myself out and live my life again. Thanks x

hi dont think they want to understand wish we could live a easy normal life with no worries and panic if ppl dont get it they dont understand how horrible it is they dont know how lucky they are.
i suffer with all three of your symptoms and more
