Ladies - is your Anxiety and Panic worse at THAT time of the month?

I was just wondering whether any of the ladies on here experience a worsening of your panic/anxiety when you are due on?

I find that the week before 'P' day I notice I am feeling generally unwell and very anxious, panicing and all the usual. I then after the event feel fine, can anyone explain this?

i experience this always. a week before my period i am very anxious, panicing even up until the last day of period. think its to do with the hormone fluctuation, but yea this month i even fainted because i was so ill with it. dnt help that i have severe anxiety too. what us women got through hey xxx
