The pill and clots?

Hi,
I started the pill micronor on Friday and since this morning I've had a pain in my left leg just below the knee and I can also slightly feel a tingly pulsing there now, I'm worried I'm getting a clot!!!!
That wouldn't happen so quick would it????

Blood clots and the pill are extremely rare, and I should think they would not happen that fast. The risk goes up if you are over 35 and smoke I think. It is much more likely you hurt your leg somehow! Ive been on the pill 5 yrs and its crossed my mind, but no issues still! I think blood clot symptoms would be more severe too.
