Head Worries

Hi. Earlier on, me and my boyfriend were carrying on and he pushed my head right down in front of me causing me to hurt my neck. Afterwards, when I got up I felt a little dizzy and sick, so obviously I staryed to worry. Could this may have been a rush of blood to the head? This is what my boyfriend said x

Possibly and you may have stretched a neck muscle a bit. It might be uncomfortable for a few days, but should then feel better. :)
