Last big step hairdressers did it !!!

Today my mum asked me to drive her to the hairdressers, when i got to the salon it was very quiet, i asked the girl if she could cut my hair and she said yes, without too much time to think about it, my head was in the sink !! she knew i had anxiety and was very nice with me, i've had my hair cut, the very last thing i had to conquor since being ill, i am so proud of myself, and my hair looks better too, just goes to show, it's never as bad as you think

I did the same thing last week...after 4 months of no haircut. Might sound like a small thing if you don't live with anxiety but,like you,it was on my list of brave things to do!!
Feel so much better and look more like my old self...is a good feeling. Well done us!! Xxxx
