Hi everyone,
I've never posted before but this forum has been a godsend to me during my panic attacks, I find that just being able to read other peoples experiences helps me to 'ride it out' and realise what I am feeling isn't going to kill me!
I have suffered from panic attacks for nine years with no apparent triggers, resulting in many trips to hospital/doctors etc., but I do now feel more able to deal with them and hope to be able to help people through this forum in the same way that all of you have been helping me for so long!
