Bad Panic this morning- feeling of falling

sitting at my desk and I keep getting waves of feeling strange like I'm fallling or nodding off to sleep and falling and that my heart is about to stop.

This is just the panic isn't it??

I had a good day yesterday, so I am extra panicy now it is bad this morning :blush:

Bad days can come out of the blue. Your nervous system is very sensitive and you will get bad days sometimes. It will pass soon.

I get those feeling while sitting at my desk too sometimes i would even hold on to it for fear of falling ...

But as Mirabelle says we're have bad days and it will pass xx
