Hi , happen to come across this site and what a relief to find that i am not the only one who feels like i do , i have been reading the posts and it is such a relief to know that i am not completely losing my mind .
I have suffered from stress/anxiety for the past 18 months and i thought i was on the road to recovery but this past 2 weeks it seems to have come back with a vengence although not as bad as at the start , i know that this site will be of great help
