Feeling down and so lonely!!

I feel soo down today and all alone. My second cold in a month which I think is all due to stress. I've just had enough :-(

No worries - I know how you feel.

I was off work last week with some sort of bug and it made everything seem so much worse.

Yeah feels like I'm getting no better. I'm on anti biotics I still been going to work and works starting to get me down :-(

I went back on Monday after starting on Citalopram and ended up sitting with my managers and explaining everything to them, felt a lot better afterwards.

Supposed to be going for a meal with everyone from work on Monday, and starting to worry about it already.

Finding it really useful being able to come on here and talk to others that feel the same though.
