hey,
Along with general anixety and social anxiety i' ve developed a dystonic tremor which effects my neck (mainly) and other parts of my body. I know there are people out there with stronger symptoms but i struggle with this soooo much. I hate going out because of it and hate feeling it everyday even when im on my own. Would be good to hear from anyone who has the same the same thing.
