I've suffered from ibs for years now but recently I've had a sore pain on my lower right side for weeks. I've been to the doctors several times and they've diagnosed constipation and say it's severe ibs. I'm really worried its something serious. I've been for loads of tests in the past (colonoscopy last year, ultrasound etc) because I've had rectal bleeding for many years and fortunately they've found nothing so far but I can't help thinking maybe this time it is serious. I've been referred again but the appointment is taking ages to come through. Does anyone else have this continual sore pain with ibs? Desperate for some reassurance...
