Hi well it's 4.30am now and I have been awake since 4 am I hate waking up in the middle of the night coz I'm scared I'm gonna have a heart attack, my boyfriend starts his new job today ( first job in 7 years) so I think I'm just anxious about that but I always think the worst, so if anyone's around would ne great for some reassurance,

Jo I have been awake an hour or so -just the same as you scared of how I feel, or fear I will feel.

I have an important meeting first thing as well so could do with sleeping.

So no you are not on your own.

Try to relax and not worry about sleeping.

Thank you I'm quite sure it's because of being anxious about important things tomorrow, I'm thinking i might go and have a ciggie and stand in the rain lol
