not really sure what to say. had a pretty bad anxiety/depression problem for a long time. im in my mid twenties now and trying to find a way to improve myself. hopefully this site and my fellow suffers will help :)

hi london guy welcome im in my mid 20s too.. suffered from depression on my own for a long time but my anxiety only started a few years ago..
this site is great.. have a read, it gave me a lot of insight x hope u find it helpful x
